Very Black Friday 2026 UK: dates, credit and returns
Very starts its Black Friday sale early. In 2025 its own page gave the dates as Monday 3 November to Monday 1 December, so the sale ran for almost a month. Black Friday 2026 is Friday 27 November and Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. Very sets its 2026 window on its own Black Friday page, so check it there before you plan around a date.
When does the Very Black Friday sale start?
Very opens its Black Friday sale in the first days of November, well before the day itself. The table shows what is on record.

T3's 2024 guide says Very launched its 2023 sale "almost three weeks ahead" of Black Friday. It then predicted the same for 2024, which was a forecast and not an announcement. The 2025 dates come from Very's Black Friday page. TechRadar reported the early deals on 1 November 2025, two days before Very's stated start.

What does Very discount: toys, tech and more?
Very discounts a wide range, but the cuts are not equal. TechRadar's 1 November 2025 report listed these headline offers:
- Toys: up to 30% off Lego, Barbie and Hot Wheels.
- Tech: TVs from £99, laptops from £169, tablets from £69.99.
- Fashion, furniture and beauty: up to 40% off.
One example was an Apple Watch Series 10 at £269, down from £399. Those are the retailer's "was" prices, so check them against price history. Which? has found that many "was" prices were not in force for long. See the Black Friday guide for the figures.
For Pokémon cards, Very lists the brand among its toys, but no dated report of a Pokémon TCG price cut at Very in November 2024 or 2025 is confirmed. How Very Pay and its credit account work
Very sells on credit as well as by card. Very Pay is a credit account offered at checkout. Very's page says the credit is provided by Shop Direct Finance Company Limited, is subject to credit and account status, is for over 18s only, and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
In plain terms:
- You do not need a credit account to buy. Card payment is a normal option.
- An account can be declined, and the application adds a step at checkout.
- Credit costs interest if you do not clear the balance in time. Read the APR and terms on Very's page before you apply.
A sale price only saves money if the total you repay is lower than the price at another shop. If you buy to resell, count interest as a cost.
Returns on Black Friday orders
Very's help pages say most items can be returned within 28 days of receipt under its Approval Guarantee. Items must be unused and complete, with any security tags attached. Some products are excluded, and the product page lists the conditions. Source: Very's help pages.
Separately, GOV.UK says online buyers can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, even if nothing is wrong.
Very has extended returns for Christmas gifts before. Its 2026 Christmas returns dates were not confirmed as of 6 November 2026, so read the live help page before you rely on a later deadline.
